Machine features
  • Structural parts of the equipment are made of high-quality cast iron, and subjected to hardening and normalization. The high quality of the materials used affects the quality of processing, excluding deformation and ensures a long service life of the equipment.
  • The designed design of the equipment with a linear guide along the X axis and rectangular guides along the Y and Z axes, and taking into account the large distance between the guides, allows for the performance of heavy machining at high speeds.
  • Guide beams help to increase the distribution of load forces, which in turn increases the stability of the spindle head during heavy processing.
