Machine features
  • The structural parts of the equipment are made of high-strength cast iron grade FC, are reinforced, and subjected to hardening and normalization, which allows to ensure a continuum without deformation throughout the life of the equipment. The equipment can be used without interruption for many years of use.
  • High rigidity of the machine is ensured. The guides are coated with Turcite-B, which also affects the increase in wear resistance, reduction of friction, and increase the overall stability of the machine.
  • The equipment is well suited to work with any metals and workpieces. The equipment has high precision indicators for processing straight and inclined surfaces.
